What can we do for you?

Step 1

Getting to know you and your business

We’ll spend some time talking and getting to know you and your business.

That’s important to us because it helps us to advise you in the best way, and gives you the chance to ask us lots of questions.

Step 2

Providing a statement of terms and conditions

You must provide each employee with a Statement of Terms and Conditions by the first day of employment.

We’ll prepare this for your new employee, tailored to your needs and making sure it protects you as an employer.

Step 3

Basic HR Procedures

The Statement of Terms and Conditions must say where the employee can find a copy of the Company’s disciplinary and grievance procedures, and you’ll also need a Privacy Statement to cover all the personal details that you are going to be holding for your employee.

We’ll provide you with these documents and any other basic forms that you need.

Step 4

HR Support

With your basics in place and your first employee(s) on board, we’ll put you on an HR Support plan for the next 6 months.

Any time you have any question about managing your new employee or dealing with problems, you can get in touch with our small friendly team.

All of our HR support includes access to our Breathe HR software, a secure place to store your employee documents and personal details, manage holidays and other absences from work and keep training records.

How much will it cost you?

Starter Package

– Up to two employees

– Includes the 6 month support plan and access to Breathe HR software

£688.00 plus VAT.

There is no long-term tie in.


Monthly Retainer

After 6 months you can choose to stay with us, on a monthly retainer which you can end at any time.

£66.00 plus VAT per month

Employee Handbook

An Employee Handbook is a great way to document everything that you and your employees need to know about working for you.

You may not want a handbook to start with, preferring to let things evolve naturally. Or you may be a stickler for details and clarity and want it all documented from the start.

Either way, whenever you’re ready, we’ll put it all together for you.

The additional cost for a small business handbook tailored to your needs is £350.00 plus VAT and for as long as you are a retained client, we’ll keep it up to date with any legislative changes.
