Definitions and interpretation

Data that is given to us by you
We may collect data that you provide by using our contact form; this includes personal data such as your name and job title, and contact information such as your email address and telephone number. If after contacting us you decide to engage our services, we will hold this data for the duration of your time as a client with us and for up to two years afterwards, depending on the level and nature of work that we have carried out for you. We may ask you to sign a separate data processor agreement.
If you elect to join our mailing list and receive email correspondence on HR news and updates from Camino HR, we will keep your data for the duration of this correspondence.
Otherwise, we may hold your data for up to six months, after which it will be deleted. If at any time within the six months you wish us to delete your data, please get in touch and we will make sure it happens.
Data that is collected automatically

At Camino HR we understand the importance of keeping data secure and we will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data. Your data will be stored securely and deleted permanently at the appropriate time.

Questions or objections regarding the holding of your data
This agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising under the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
